Last year I recorded a series of 10 videos Relax, recoup, Review & Reorganise; these are strategies to get you aligned onto your path, click here.

In this series I will talk about time planning strategies, your success mindset, what is your why and what your value among other success strategies.

This is an introduction to my Success Mastermind Group Mentoring which I will launch in the New Year, more about the mastermind in the forthcoming videos.

What is your Goal Achievement Strategy?

Today I would like to introduce you to 4 strategies to ensure your goals are achieved.

Gary Latham success psychologist says “95-97% of people in the world do not have written goals and fail, while the 3-5% that have written goals do succeed”.

If you want to be in the 5%, then write down your goals. If you want to give yourself a cast-iron chance of succeeding in your goals than I have the 4 strategies which will guarantee the achievement of your goals:

  1. Write your goals down.
  2. Write SMART goals.

Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely

  1. Display your goals.

Display everywhere as statements, vision boards, mind maps where ever will engage all your senses into believing in your commitment to the results, feeling motivated and energising by the outcome.

You must be accountable to your goals and be willing to exposure yourself. You are setting yourself up for failure if you are not willing to share your ambitions with your family, your employees, your customers and your supporters.  Yes, it is uncomfortable, but the deal is a little bit of discomfort for a guaranteed achievement of your goals!

  1. Write your goals in the present tense, ‘I have’.

‘I have secured 2 contracts worth £2million each by 1st November 20.’

‘I have increased my database from 1,000 to 2,000 by 1st December 20.’

‘I have’ is a believable commitment to your intention.

Follow all 4 strategies and your goals are closer to being achieved.
