To value your customer’s you must value your staff first – through your staff your business can succeed or fail.

The relationships you build in your business perpetrate outside your business.

How do you make a difference to your customer, because it is not about you, it is about your customer’s wants and needs.

Build a business around your customer’s passion, not yours; to know your customer’s passions, ask them.

Understand and segment you different customer groups.

Think about your business from your customer’s perspective.
