Janice B Gordon

Janice B Gordon is also known as a The Problem Solver is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management . She has 25 years’ business and marketing experience gained working with blue chip organisations, starting and running her own businesses and advising SMEs. Janice develops and delivers bespoke key account management consultancy and training for global businesses like Cambridge University Press.

A growth driven enterprise consultant, Janice has helped generated £6 million+ sales in the last 12 months. Janice is a Sage Business Experts, a proud mentor for Virgin Startup and Cherie Blair Foundation for Women international enterprises. Janice writes articles for publications SageUK, Huffington Post among others.

Janice specialises in bespoke growth strategies, customer relationship processes, strategic planning, strategic account development and transformational consultancy, mentoring and training programmes.

Drew Stallcop
Drew Stallcop

Drew Stallcop has spent the last 30 years as an entrepreneur in many guises. From professional musician to yoga teacher and teacher trainer, Drew spent the first 25 years of his business life travelling the world developing business, entertaining and teaching.

After several negative experiences with web designers, Drew made the decision in 2010 to create his own website. Since this time he has continued to designed websites for other businesses.

Drew developed a deep passion for digital and offline marketing.

Drew specialises in direct-response marketing for small to medium size businesses – including offline and on-line lead generation, funnel creation and tracking, customer value optimisation, long-term customer value, and continuity programs.

Kelvin Moore

Kelvin Moore serves as lead independent director and has served as a director of Fibrocell since September 2009. Fibrocell Science is at the forefront of the exciting and promising field of personalized biologics. He has 30 years of experience in a wide range of roles within the banking industry. From March 2009 to late 2010, Kelvin served as the consultant sales director for the UK based Seaborne Group developing their business in building constructions from converting shipping sea containers.

From July 2008 to September 2010, he was a director of Acorn Cultural Developments Limited which is developing a social networking site. Between June 2004 and May 2008, Kelvin was a senior advisor with Exit Strategy Planning dealing with the sale of businesses. Currently, he runs his own consulting business providing expertise and mentoring to owners of SMEs. Kelvin holds a London University Degree in Geography and Pure Mathematics.

Kelvin is a specialist in Supply chain logistics, leadership and people .management.

Marcia Buxton

Marcia Buxton is an executive coach and trainer of ‘Business Success for Women Entrepreneurs’ as an experienced mentor to female business owners, she is well skilled in creating and delivering training and coaching programmes. Marcia is an experienced executive coach and trainer with a background in not-for-profit voluntary, education and business sectors. Her coaching programmes and consultancy is designed to challenge and to inspire women, groups and teams in creating bigger visions.

Marcia is a client manager for Fredericks Foundation, a charity that helps people wishing to set up, or expand their own business as a means to achieve financial independence whilst rebuilding their confidence and self-esteem but are unable to access the finance required from conventional sources.

Marcia is a specialist executive coach and experiences in Access to Finance strategies.

Kathy Shaw

Kathy Shaw is a highly skilled learning professional (CTP) confident delivering group training sessions in a classroom environment, live on-line or one-to-one coaching. A learning specialist with over 15 years’ experience of design, development and delivery of learning interventions achieved within the retail banking, financial markets and information industries.

Kathy has a proven track record of innovative technologies and best practice in design and development of learning programmes incorporating a blended learning approach. Kathy international experience includes the Caribbean, Africa, Republic of Seychelles and Europe.

Kathy is a specialist in advanced user of architecture and a specialist in the creation of e-learning instructional design scripts to transfer raw content into effective learning solutions in rapid e-learning authoring tools.

Dr Muhammad Azam Roomi

Dr Muhammad Azam Roomi is Senior Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Business Growth at Cranfield School of Management and has a notable record of awards for Women’s Entrepreneurship.

Muhammad’s doctoral and other major research works have been focused on the growth and development of enterprises in the UK, Pakistan, and other Asian and Islamic countries. Recently winning the International Council for Small Business Best Paper Award (sponsored by the Global Initiative for Women’s Entrepreneurship, Babson College Centre for Women’s Entrepreneurship (CWEL), Emerald

Muhammad international experience has included Honduras, Bangladesh, Qatar, USA, Pakistan and Europe.

Dr Muhammad is a specialist in capacity building, developing and delivering programmes that meet the specific needs of women-led enterprises. With train the trainer methodology and implementation to address the specific challenges women-led SMEs face at the enterprise level.

The results have been far reaching with several 6 figure opportunities secured since the training with the most success coming in China and Colombia. The pipeline of opportunities has also increased which we take to be a positive sign for the future. Structural changes within the organisation to be better placed to target, negotiate and close opportunities have also been put into place.
